How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment usually takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like power racks or treadmills, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items such as lifting straps and sweatbands must be in their original sealed packaging.
Do you offer a warranty on Fortex weight plates and bars?
Yes, all Fortex Fitness strength equipment comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer assembly services for home gym setups?
